For the litigation of matters up to $35,000 per Plaintiff the Small Claims Court can hardly be called small. Additionally, whereas the complexity of legal issues heard in the Small Claims Court can, and often do, involve the same ior similar ssues as matters as heard are heard in the higher court, a broad knowledge of law remains necessary.
